A question about PayPal?

You must first make sure your bank account is verified and that you have a back up credit or debit card linked to your PayPal account as well. Then just do your purchase like normal. PayPal will pull your funds from your bank account first automatically. If the funds are not available then it will pull from the credit or debit card you linked. The balance you see of $0.00 is mainly for incoming money to PayPal though you can send money from your bank to it. But like I said, it will auto pull from your bank account when you buy something with PayPal. Do keep in mind it could take up to 24 hours for your purchase to go through while PayPal verifies the money is available.
