My LG Xenon and PUK Code? HELP!!?

So I accidentally clicked something and now my phone is asking for a PUK code, I have tried my pin, I have tried the last digits of my phone, hell I've tried 000 and my whole phone number and everything keeps saying its invalid. Can someone please help?! Im with Bell, does this mean that I have to take it into them or am I able to just call them, if so...whats the number? :p
