Dirty fish tank problems?

someone told me that when i got my plants to take off the black container of the plants beforei put it in, so i took it off and when i put my plant in, all the dirt started floating and my tank is now dirty and has dirt floating aroudn the whole thing, i dont know if this is okay or not and im wondering if i have to siphon it again, because i siphoned it like 2 hours ago. please help :[
