Question about wireless USB?

To sum my problem up, my Dad has cracked down on my internet usage. The public computer has parental controls with strict time limits. I have 4 or 5 computers of my own, as I am into computer engineering. The public network in my house does not broadcast and I do not know the passphrase. My dad has also gone out of his way to confiscate any device that could be used to somehow connect to the home network. I have a plan to siphon off some of our internet, though. Our cable modem has a USB port on the backside of it. I know for a fact that it can provide a connection to a computer plugged into it. There is no option of running a long USB cable, nor is there an option of running an ethernet cable for that matter. It's not like USB can reach the distance of 13 meters or so anyway. Is there anyway I can wirelessly transmit the USB output from the router too my bedroom? What other options have I? Negotiations with my Dad are out of the question.
