Is someone siphoning my gas? Are they stealing it?

yes it sounds like somone has done some damage to the car too, which sucks, go buy a locking gas cap from the auto parts store, hopefully there is one that will fit. It sucks, but as gas goes higher and higher, it will get worse. best of luck.
