Chlorine water in goldfish tank?

Today I was trying to siphon out some dirty water from my goldfish tank. However, I realized the tank is too low for gravity to siphon and a bit of the tap water inside the tube (I'm guessing like 5 tbsp) got into the tank. Will this hurt the goldfish inside of the tank?
