2006 Honda CBR 1000rr backfire issue?

Okay so i am going to try and give as much info as possible on this. I recently had to move long distance for work and used a shipping company. The shipping company required that I drain the fuel out of my bike. I started my bike and let it run for about 25 minutes then took it on a short ride with no issues. Once it cooled down, I proceeded to siphon the fuel out. Bike went on truck, then truck showed up at the new house 5 days later without a scratch on it (glorious). Next I filled the tank with 93 octane fuel from Shell with about a quarter cup of sea foam (additive) mixed in it. turned the key pressed the ignition and the bike started. I idles extremely rough, and backfires like crazy just sitting on the stand. I have not rode it for fear of taking out a head gasket. I do have a Micron slip-on, No PCII and other than that it is mechanicaly stock. Also as stated it ran fine before draining hte fuel. Any Thoughts???
